About the product

  • Do products have different dimensions even if they are the same size?

    Sizes are determined by the fabric, print, and embroidery method. Please refer to the measurement data on the product page to see if it fits you.

  • There was a problem with the product I received. Can I request an exchange?

    Please select "Inquiries regarding defective products" from the "Inquiries" section on the website and send us a photo of the product's condition. After checking, we will contact you regarding the exchange procedure.

  • The color of the product is different from what I expected. Can I exchange or cancel the order?

    We apologize. The color displayed may differ slightly depending on the PC or smartphone you are using. We cannot accept exchanges or cancellations based on the color of the product.

  • The size of the product doesn't fit me. Can I exchange or cancel the order?

    Sorry, we cannot accept exchanges or cancellations due to product size. However, if the product size is different from the size listed on the website, an exchange may be possible. In this case, please contact us.

About Shipping

  • How many days will it take for my purchased items to arrive?

    After payment is completed, the item will be shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). The arrival date will vary depending on the delivery destination, but the item will be shipped from Fukuoka Prefecture.

  • When I tried to use the parcel tracking service, it displayed the message "Inquiry number not found."

    It may take some time for the tracking service to update. Please try using the tracking service again later.

  • I haven't received my item, what should I do?

    Please check whether you have received the shipping completion email and then check the delivery status using the shipping slip number, or contact us via the inquiry form with your order number.
    Delivery to the customer may be delayed due to the shipping company's circumstances, bad weather, or traffic conditions.

  • Can I choose the delivery company?

    Delivery will be made by ○○ Transportation only.

  • What payment methods are available?

  • Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

  • Can I purchase products in ways other than online?

    We also plan to sell the products at pop-up stores on an irregular basis. Details such as schedules and locations will be announced on this website and on social media.
